What does it mean to vibrate at a higher level of consciousness?

Energy is everywhere. There is no where it is not. Everything has energy. It’s either lower vibration or higher vibration, and we get to make a conscious choice which one we will choose. When we make our choice, then we’ve decided what we intend to attract. It is our decision, no one else’s. No one can make you choose either one. It’s your responsibility.

What does lower vibration look like? All negative energy is lower vibration: hatred, fear, resistance, worry, being offended, frustration, doubtthings that make you feel anxious. Every thought that expresses: “I can’t do it. I don’t deserve. I’m not enough” are all lower energies.

What does higher vibration look like? All positive energy is high vibration: love, gratitude, fun, deep breathing, exercise, music that feeds our soul, shaking your hiney as you dance, naturethings that make you feel great. Every thought that expresses: “I can do it. I do deserve. I am enough” are all high energies.

I can remember having a conversation with my daughter having a challenge with another person. She said, “He makes me so mad.” We then had a lengthy discussion about this statement.

How can anyone make you mad? It’s not possible. The decision was made to connect to lower vibration. You have to own the responsibility of your choice.

It’s beautiful to think in these terms. Each moment we make a decision: Am I going to choose to be in harmony with God, which is higher vibrationor not. You take ownership each and every moment. You have the power to choose.

Which energy do you think brings you closer to your weight loss goals?

Right now, do something that brings you harmony. This will take 1 minute or less. Let’s have some fun. Turn on some music and get up and boogey. That’s right, bring up that vibration of energy. Yes, you’re feeling it now. Even if you’re at work, let loose. You will be the envy of everyone.

Remember, it doesn’t matter what people think. What only matters is this. Am I feeling great? If the answer is yes, then you have made your choice of the two energy levels. Let others make their choice. If they choose to be offended by what you do, you don’t have to do anything with their decision. Bless them and let it go. The Universe will take care of them. It’s that simple.

All you are responsible for is your own power, your choices. It’s all about you. It’s that simple.

Just ask yourself this question: If I intend to lose weight, what do I need to do each day to bring me in vibrational harmony with that decision?

Remember all the tools you have available: Rapid Eye Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, meditation, deep breathing, gratitude, exercise, good nutrition, cleansing and supplementation products from Isagenix, laughing, journaling, affirmations, prayer.

You are your ideal weight and attracting everything that is positive.

The Only Diet That Works

We know that diets don’t work, although there is one diet that does.

It doesn’t have anything to do with what you eat, rather what you see and hear.

What is it?

The “media diet”.

You avoid the media - including radio, television and newspapers.

Have you noticed when you watch, read or listen to the news, it’s almost all negative? With a constant input of negativity, it’s more difficult to have a positive outlook, to reach your health and life goals, and enjoy your life. Nothing supresses your immune system more than bad news and negativity.

And when you’re watching television programs, you’re watching others enjoying their lives (or ruining them) while they make a great living at it! Usually, these actors are attractive, wealthy and healthy looking.

Why spend your life listening to all the negative things going on in the world and watching others enjoy their lives? Make your own life the best ever!

You might ask, how will I find out what’s happening in the world without getting the news? Well, you’d be surprised how little it all means to your personally. Let me ask you to try this. Don’t watch or read the news for 1 week. Then don’t watch television for a week. Then try it for a month and see how your life has changed. What do you have to lose other than gaining more time?

Just imagine what you could do with an extra 10-15 hours a week:

-You can start an exercise and activity program to lose weight and increase your health.
-You can read on a topic of your interest.
-You can spend more time with your family.
-You can learn a new skill
-You can become more valuable to your employer and increase your income

-You can start or get back to a hobby.
-You can start a new business.

-You can learn how to overcome a health challenge
-You can learn how to prepare healthy meals
-You can become an expert at something you enjoy.
-You can volunteer and help others.

A recent study of the habits of members of the National Weight Control Registry a group of about 5,000 people who have lost an average of 73 pounds and kept off at least 30 of them for more than six years found that most watch fewer than 10 hours of TV a week.

Members of the Weight Control Registry that increased TV viewing habits were more likely to gain weight.

I’ve been on the media diet for just under a year now and it’s made a significant impact on my life. Sure, I watch a tv program or movie a few times a month just for fun. With the extra time (some studies report that American families watch television over 52 hours a week) I’ve been able to reach more goals, make new and enhance existing relationships, help others more often and better my health.

What are your neon signs?

Often we find ourselves in the business of things hurrying to the next thing on our agenda. Thus, we send a message to our bodies that we are in the fight or flight mode. Cortisol, a hormone, is released during times of stress. When stimulated over time, cortisol can lead to cognitive impairments and increased risk for disease.

What does this mean to you?

If you are one of these people who continually gets lost in the doing, what are the results that you are getting? Is it bringing you joy or are you experiencing some maladies like anxiety, depression, intestinal problems, fatigue, physical pain, heart conditions? If it is bringing you the latter, then perhaps a dose of ME time is the proper prescription.

Years ago I was lost in the doing until I had my awakening. My doing got me so ill that I became bedridden and felt like I was just moments away from death. I was not paying attention to ME! I had a lot of huge neon signs (stomach aches, worry, sleeplessness, anxiety attacks, heart palpitations, relationship problemsjust to name a few) but I kept doing so that I would be distracted from taking responsibility for my health and wealth–showing up for ME.

This illness was a gift because it allowed me to do self-introspection to determine where I needed to change my mind. Later on I attracted excess weight, another neon sign, and made additional changes. You know, I got to see Lance Armstrong at a conference recently, and he expressed looking at his cancer as a gift as well giving him an opportunity to see where he needed to make some changes in his life. Look at his results!

I can always feel my body speaking to me when I get off track in the doing rather than BEING. My neon signs will be blinking like crazy. I can recognize them easily now, and I say “thank you” to my body for being so patient with me. It’s now so easy to shift my thinking, and I’m very grateful.

Remember, like Wayne Dyer says, we are spiritual BEINGS having a human experience. We are not spiritual DOINGS.

Right now, you have BEINGS all around you just waiting to help you live in that higher consciousness of peace, love and joy. All these energies of light surround you with their love. They are excited to be here with you right now.

Call upon God, your Angels, your Guides, your Masters. Did you know they hang out with you all day long just waiting to help. You have them at your disposal at all times.

Right now, take 1 minute and express love for yourself by BEING! Instead of do deep breathing, be deep breathing. Say I breathe in, I breathe out. Be aware of your breath and be grateful. Be aware of all the BEINGS of light that surround you.

If you have your neon signs that are blinking like crazy, stop and pay attention. There’s something that you need to change. Unless, of course, you like neon signs constantly blinking in your presence.
